Senior Scientist, Crystal Growth
Job Description
Reporting to the VP R&D, the successful applicant will assume a key role in the continued development of Redlen's proprietary THM-based semiconductor crystal growth technology. Responsible for ongoing THM process yield and product performance improvements.
Experience
A minimum of five years experience in compound semiconductor material crystal growth. Experience with II-VI materials is an asset.
Skills
Excellent oral and written communications skills. A hands-on individual that works well in a team environment.
Education
Masters or Doctorate Degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Materials Science.
